How is the NW's LT1 system

I have a 95 camaro z28 A4 and I am thinking of getting Nitrous Works LT1 system (75 to 175 shot).

How does the system work and what kind of shot is the best to use without killing my engine or tranny. I am thinking of using the 125shot.

I have the nitrous works power wing kit. Which I have a ran a 100 shot this year with out a problem.

i have heard of stock lt-1's taking abuse from a 80 shot no problem
