Thinking about slp longtubes.Would like to get it without cats, but how would i pass emissions. In Illinois they hook you up to a computer. I wonder if they will say something if there are no cats.Suggestions please

They just fool the pcm so it won't throw an SES code. You'll definately need cats for the headers if you want a chance at passing emissions.
