Quick ? about wiring selinoids...please help!!!!

Got nx kit wired up and set to juice her.....but my selinoids do not turn on.....wired to the blue wire from selinoid.......got an ,msd window switch set to 3000---6000 rpms....will this not let the selinoids turn "hot" before then???? theres a plug coming out of relay in the very middle that stays hot all of the time......do these selinoids need to be wired hot all of the time or just when there spraying???? HELP PLEASE!!!!!

Checked it while running, thinking that maybe the window switch will not let selinoids turn on until 3000, but they still dont come on ........Will the selinoids not work until WOT switch engages???
I am confused here.......wired everything how diagram said!??!
