stock intake elbow, or tri flow??TMDZ28 08-21-2003, 06:03 PM stock intake elbow is made out of rubber, is it still safe for big shots?? or should i go with tri flow metal intake elbow?? thanks Fuels94TA 08-22-2003, 12:16 AM I run a 150 shot on my rubber elbow with no problems what so ever. Vinny Wild1 08-22-2003, 03:21 AM Actually, the rubber elbow is probably better. You'll need to secure the nozzle in the elbow with a proper mount in either case. Some metal elbows have a "divider" down the middle which can affect N2O distribution on a Wet System. Plus, I've done a thermo check on the surface temps of rubber and metal elbows... the metal has greater heat soak absorbing the underhood temps.
