When I accelerate I notice a thunk/thump in the right rear of the car now that I've swapped out the rear end (drum to disc). I've checked the spare & driven the car with & without it but no change.
Any ideas?

is it when you punch the gas? not holding it just punching it and letting off, making the car jump?

It happens whenever I let the clutch out fairly quickly, but not under hard accel, sort of like something is giving a little!
I thought I read somewhere a topic of preload or something like that about the sway bar or the lower control arm mounted under pressure.

Its your tranny mount. Easy and cheap fix.

Definately try the trans mount. It makes a clunk that sounds like it's coming from the rear end.
