help with passenger side header-89 IROC

i have removed all bolts holding on the exhaust manifold. however, it seems the oil dipstick is in the way! how do i get around it/take off the manifold?

yeah it's been a while for me but i think you should be able to remove the manifold with the dip stick tube in but if need be you can pull the tube out. you will have to bend it alot. carefull not to break it.

The dipstick is usuallt bolted to the head or exh. manifold. It needs to be loose. If its loose and you still can't pull the exh. manifold then pull it out. It goes back in easily, a rubber O-ring and some pressure are all you need to get it back in.
