What to do to get in the 12'sbadazz99ws6 08-09-2003, 04:48 PM So far all I have is a SLP lid,and a cutout. What should I do next? 99' ws6 m6 SLP lid, cutout,FREE MODS Best E/T: 13.3@106.8mph TNT SS 08-09-2003, 04:49 PM Drag Radials should pop you into the 12's easy. chpmnsws6 08-09-2003, 05:06 PM DR's and some sweet shifts MARSTAUT 08-09-2003, 06:55 PM How about low 12's;) ----- If it were me I would not get the dr, they will really be hard on your drive terrain you'll be lookin at a 9 bolt -- soon. best bet is a few more mods - Long tubes, L6s intake and a couple of suspension mods wouldn't hurt. ULTIMTEORANGESS 08-09-2003, 08:11 PM sticky tires are tough on stock rears with an m6 but hes going to need some type of DR eventually.with his mods and nittos he should be ok for now. MARSTAUT 08-09-2003, 08:46 PM it depends what he wants to do with his car, if its a daily driver and only goes to the track every once and awhile, he may not need DR's, of cource dr's are defenitlly going to improve your time but cost money you could spend on hp or sup. not trying to start an argument -- just my 2 cents Black01_Z 08-10-2003, 01:42 AM drag radials. My car ran 13.0 with the basically the same mods you have and drag radials. Mine is also an A4 with 2.73s and heavy 18 inch rims on the back. Your M6 with 3.42s and lighter 17s should have no problem hitting 12s. If you want deeper into the 12s then do Longtubes and Off road pipe. | ||
