Will 4th gen wheels fit 92 RS???

Will they guys? Also if someone had the scoop on a set of 3rd gen 16" IROC or RS wheels I'd be interested.

Yes, they fit but you need a set of adapters from www.skulte.com (http://www.skulte.com) or www.vettebrakes.com. (http://www.vettebrakes.com.)
