any body know how to install power windows?

ok it seems to becoming more of a pain evey time i take the car out without having power windows, so my question is how hard is it to install power windows in a car that didn't come with power windows?, has anyone done this before? rough idea of a price range? and is there anyone that could help me do this procedure soon?, thanks a lot guys not having power windows is a big pain, got every option but that, now to add it in my self.

Conceptually, it is a straight-forward process. I've never done it before, but there are a lot of technical articles on the subject I beleive. Here's one for a 68 Camaro install...the basic principles will remain the same for your application:

how the hell does an SS camaro NOT come with power windows :confused:

the only camaros that didnt come with that were the 1LE editions .. thats WAY too wierd

I doubt gm would go to the trouble of making a harness without the power window motor plug in . . . pull your door panel and see . I betcha everything is there just not being used . I know cars without stackers just plug them in too . . . isnt it the same with the power ant. :confused:

ya thats what i thought when i got the car to about if its a real ss or not, but it is a real ss checked the slp numbers and all, really strange to me, ya i guess i will pull of the panel tommrow and see how it looks under there
