Cam Help

Im doing a cam swap and wondering what you guys would recommend. last year I was running 13.5 at 105 with 3.73 ,2800 stall, shift kit, and cold air ( I think stantons mph is off )

Im putting jet hot long tubes on Next weekend and my opti is going..

The Lt4 hot cam kit is cheap and comes with everything thats why im leaning towards that route.. But Im going to want my heads ported in the future and not wanna have to replace the cam..

I want something that will put me at about 110-112 mph traps

can this be done with a cam and headers?

Get the LT4 kit, then sell the cam. That's the best way to get the rockers and springs and such. Then buy a CC306 or a XE 230/236 and your heads and headers.

You'll need a mid to low 12 to trap 110-112.

I know guys going mid 12s on a smaller cam, the xe224/230, which might actually be better for your converter. But it's up to you.
