Y-pipe 350 single 3" cat

I installed a 3" cat back system and a 3" cat.but there is a big
restriction in the stock Y-pipe. does anyone have a sources for
a Y-pipe I can have welded in?

Not for the factory manifolds. Dude you're gonna need headers. For a single cat set up you just can't beat Hooker for a great fitting and performing set of headers.
