Metalic Blue SS in Washingtons Crossing!

I go here to ask this: Whose car is that if anyone knows... and what exhaust is he running... ITS CRAZY LOUD AND SWEET SOUNDING!! ;)

I haven't run into it yet. I'm out on the river all the time in Titusville so I'm in the area, but I haven't seen or heard a blue SS yet.

its freakin loud as hell and it sounds ungodly. Anyone else know anything?
