I took my car to a shop and they got some tree sap on it and tried to clean it off with a rag :mad: now there are "deep" scrachs in my hood, I have tried Scrach X with no luck... any suggestions?

If they are pretty deep, you may need a light compound as a swirl remover might not completely remove the scratch.
