Best store bought dash preservant?

I know Zaino and other internet products are the best, but what is the best product to use that you can buy in a store? I need this stuff kinda quick so any replies would be helpful. I used to use armor-all, but its just too greasy.

Look for Meguiar's for store bought stuff. I like their #40 professional line Vinyl and Rubber Cleaner/Conditioner as well as their consumer line, called Gold Class or Natural Shine I think (long time since I've used it). These products aren't very greasy and offer a litttle cleaning ability along with UV protection and a semi-gloss finish.

Or, if you can find 303 Aerospace Protectant, definitely get it! 303 is one of the best interior protectants you can buy. It leaves a matte gloss shine too.

I do not care for most other store bought brands of interior cressings, ala Armor All, Black Magic, etc.

for interior stuff, i have always just used store-bought Armor-All. has worked great for me for years.

Where can I get the 303 Mike? Zaino's tire gloss does decent, but attracts a little dust. Not nearly as bad as the tumbleweed Armor All attracted.

AA always left it nice and shiny though :p

You can get 303 at many online stores. Type "303 Aerospace" in Google and dozens will pop up. However, after doing some checking around here, you can find it locally too. Most boat supply shops and some RV dealers will carry the 303 products. I found that there is a boat supply shop less than a mile or two from me that carries it. So, you might call some local boat or RV shops and I bet you can find the Aerospace Protectant without internet ordering. 303 contains a pretty strong and effective UV protectant, and it leaves a low gloss matte looking finish. I don't think you can get a product for the interior with more protection.

Most products with UV protection are good. Go with a brand name that has UV protection and you should be fine.

I've used 303 and I would highly recommend it

Another vote for 303 Aerospace Protectant.

Do NOT use Armor all, unless you garage store your car.

Lexol Vinlyex is a decent product, but 303 is better, for protection at least. The Vinlyex is better than most store bought stuff for sure. I'd say it's about on par with Meguiar's #40. Both good products, but there are some better.

ok, this is going to be hard for me to describe...but here goes.

OK, well i used to use armor all, and i have a black dash...so when its day time, the sun hits the dash, and reflects to my windshield, ive gotten used to it over time, but when i think about it, its very hard to see! its just like a big reflection...now i use simple green for the dash...20 to 1 parts or somethin like that, just a few squirts and a lot of water...simple green kicks ass for rims to! anyway...how do i get this greasy reflection away?!?! i dont think this is safe driving like this!

It is safe to use anything that does not contain any alchohol. Over time the use of this will cause your dash to dry out and crack.
