If you're still inside your warrenty you may be able to get them to pay for it.:)
As long as they didn't decide that the chip was because of an impact, then you'll have a fight on your hands.:blah:
If you are outside warrenty - you're SOL my friend.:(

You'll have to pay to get them redone........$$$

I found an SLP website called "Garage sale" and it has 2 types of wheels that SLP uses for sale on it. When I talked to them on the phone they said every now and then they have rims returned due to sub-standard finishes or warranty claims like yours. Just call SLP and as long as you are in the warranty period, they should make it right with you. I bought a set of the chrome 10 spoke SS rims for mine and they look great and it only cost $300.00 for the rims and another $80.00 for shipping.

Look at the pics of my car and decide for yourself.

95DroptoZ, how was the condition? and were all of them bad, or jsut one?? Seems liek a good deal if its a minor chip.

I'm tryign to find soem Chrome 10 spokes, but nobdy has them FS.

I got the better quality of the 2 choices shown on the "Garage Sale" web site. All I did was use my dremel and buff on them a little and wash them (you could tell they had tires on them at one point). No cracks or blemeshes on the face. One of them had a little of the chrome starting to peel off on the part that the tire covers when it is installed (between the beads). But that never shows anyway. Maybe I just got lucky, but for $380.00 it was worth the risk and it paid off for me.
