How good are KVR drilled rotors for LS1. My regular rotors warped after about 12K miles. Don't want that happening again. How long do they last.
Thanks

00LukeyWS6,
I don't have personal experience with them, a
friend has them on just the front, and he
says its the best thing he has done to the
car. I have just recently ordered all four
with the cad plating. Fasttoys.net has them
on sale right now.

I've heard that the they crack fairly easy. The LT1 forum has pictures if you do a search under "brake rotors"

I've heard that as well with drilled rotors. I would suggest going with slotted rotors, as I've heard they last longer.

I'm not sure about the life of the slotted rotors compared to the drilled ones, I just know that the slotted rotors ones have a much longer life. The only bad thing I have found is that pad life with slotted rotors will be less than with non slotted rotors.

Good luck.
