Anyone been to Andy's Auto Serv. in Monrovia from November 2001 to July 2002?

Hi, I'm looking for anyone who was at Andy's Auto Service in Monrovia CA. from the time of November 2001 to July 2002, and saw a fuel injected Chevy big block boat motor with alot of blue powdercoated parts, huge chrome boat exhaust headers, the intake looks like the one used on the ZR1 motor. Also the motor ended up disassembled in the far back left corner of his shop in 2 shopping carts. If you remember seeing this motor at this shop I would really appreciate your help.
