Dont know if one exists, but..

I need a program to programme my OBD1 PCM. Are there any free ones out there? Dont realy want to buy lt1_edit. It seems freescan and datamaster are just diag scaners and cant flash the pcm :-(

The only ones I am aware of are LT1 Edit and Tunercat.
