I currently have a 2002 Camaro Z28. And it had the upgraded tire package of $225.00. those tires are the Goodyear Eagle GS-C. What tires are on a standard Z? Are they still Z Rated? Does anyone know the model and brand? Please help me. They are finally getting me a new car but it doesnt have the same tires as i have now. They are flat beding it from North Carolina. And i want to know what i get b4 it arrives.. Please help!

Unless they changed osemting in the past years, they are probably Tires: P245/50ZR-16 Goodyear Eagle RSA all-season performance

Hopefully,t hey will not be P235/55R-16 Goodyear Eagle GA touring, or else you will have a speed limiter at about 110 on your car, which you can take out with a programmer.

 

My 02 Z28 came with Goodyear RSAs, P245-50- 16, but I don't think they are Z rated. It is a high performance all season tire so I would guess it gets a V rating. Good for sustained speed up to 149 mph. Hope this helps.

 

My car has the chrome cast aluminum rims (725 option) and Goodyear GSC's (Z rated 225 option). Also got my car from Hendrick Chev in Cary, NC. Hope this helps.

If it's a 2002 Z and it doesn't have GS-Cs then it will have RS-As, both are Z rated.
