Got pcm program need help

someone know how i can check the bin file i receive from brian herter
i had a problem with the idle its 1700rpm
how do i check the setting in this to be sure he set it at 650 rpm

I would recomend sending brian an E-mail and letting him know what it is going on with your car and he will fix it he is a cool guy.

he wouldnt set the idle at 1700 so i dont think a new tune will help much.
