Nitrous Express introduces the "NXL" nozzle with Integrated Rail Technology. This plug-and-play, direct-port nozzle system is available for four, six, and eight cylinder applications. There is no drilling required, no engine disassembly and no solenoids to mount. The entire nitrous system is self-contained in the high-flow fuel rail. Systems come complete with bottle, jetting, custom insulated distribution lines, and all installation hardware. This hi-tech direct port system comes with a wiring harness for a true plug-and-play system.

The picture above will give you an idea what this system looks like but it isn't the actual LS1 kit.

Part Number - 20220-10
Item - LS1/LS6 Nitrous Express NLX kit with jetting for up to 300hp - 10 lb bottle
Price - $1149.99

We are currently taking pre-orders for this system. That can be done on our website or by calling 1-877-4-TBYRNE. This system should be ready to go by the beginning of August.

I assume this is basically like the NOS "NOSzzles" setup, only less expensive and better quality. I assume it fits into the fuel injector ports, then the fuel injectors fit inside of these things.

I'm curious if it will have some of the same drawbacks as the NOSzzels system as well, such as a screwed up injector spray pattern. I know the NOS setup uses cheapo lines for the fuel/nitrous, and IMO isn't worth a 1/2 of what it costs. I'm sure NX is using hardlines for the fuel/nitrous lines, I'm just curious as to how this will impact the fuel injector spraying.

Well guys... it looks like this is finally going to happen... the Nitrous Express kits should be released next week!!! :)

I don't want to say this is definate until it happens but that was my update from NX this afternoon. It looks like we are at the top of the list for a shipment of these kits and there are still a few kits from the first batch that aren't spoken for.
