I redid the routing of the pcv valve and the tube going to the passenger valve cover to the suction side of the blower and i still have a problem...1st if i leave the oil cap on i blow oil out of the valve cover bolts onto the headers i mean while under boost conditions but if i leave the oil cap off i dont blow oil onto the motor..2nd i still have i think excess crankcase pressure i still smoke a little under high boost..Is motor shot or what it never smokes during normal driving and doesnt use any oil what up with this I NEED HELP..

Does the car have blowby out of the oil fill hole while idling?
If so, I would suggest doing a leakdown test. Most stock bottom end forced induction LT1's have ring land problems sooner or later (usually sooner).

No i never seen any smoke coming from the filler tube in matter fact i drive with the oil cap off until i get the srcew in breather from K@N that i ordered..The car drives fine and never smokes or uses oil at all only smoke's at high boost levels and at over 4000 rpm or so im confused if it was bad rings wouldnt it smoke all of the time or what...

At high rpms/boost levels, perhaps the rings aren't sealing properly due to the boost pressure. I don't really know, just a thought.
