can you spray nitrous on a stock LT1 with 100,000 miles? if so which one is better WET or DRY.

You are going to get a million answers...
DRY works with your stock injectors and is smog legal in most cases. Keep in mind that if your injectors are prone to locking up, you may want to invest in some good injectors.
WET is relatively easy to tune and you will get a guaranteed mixture. Unfortunately, with excessive fuel you are more prone to flooding which can create an N2O intake backfire.

Yes, you can run it on your car but I wouldn't recommend over 100 HP on your hypereutechtic pistons with your mileage.
