Looking for LS1-Edit

Does anybody know of a shop locally who uses LS1-Edit?

im pretty sure someone could buy one copy and then someone could crack it and then we could all pay in it. but i dunno if you wantto do that.

any where you can get the lt-1 or is that a hard one to get too
