What is the best setting for my mods???

Ive got a few more mods than whats listed in my sig. i got 4.10s, 315/35 rubber, and some other little things. what is the best hp setting for the gear and what not. with the stock gears and tires i had it at 125 hp and it was fast. i couldnt even spray in first without them just busting loose like no other, but the tires hooked in second. I could spin em all the way through first and second if i wanted to. i just turned it down to 75 hp the other day and tried it out last night. it was fast, but it felt a lot slower than before. i sprayed in first and it pulled alright, and second went even faster. i went from like 40 to 55 when i let off in second in about 1 second, but it still felt slower than before. i think i might go with 100hp jets tonight and see what it feels like. i kinda wanted to spray in first, but i guess i dont have to. what are you guys running with 4.10s and big tires? i want it to be fastest on the street, meaning 0-75mph. what do you guys think im runnin in the quarter, its a full weight car, prob a couple hundred pounds heavier actually.

That 75-shot felt pretty f**king fast to me(I was with him), which means the car was another 200 lbs. heavier...I say go back to the 125 though, since you got the new meats out back.

go 150 shots man. i have a friend who has a stock ls1 with street tires, and running 11.6 with 150 shots......LS1 is all that, but LT1 is not far behind buddy boy......;) ;) :D :p

you have a lot of gear and a wide tire,but what type of tire?

Also the best shot for you application is what makes YOU happiest/most comfortable.

i have sumitomo tires rightnow, but im going to get some nittos in a little bit. The sumis hook up pretty descent though...a lot better the the gsc's. 150 hp? I wouldnt be able to spray in 1st or secong without them breakin loose id imagine. When i sprayed 125 with 3.42's i couls spray at 3 grand in first and theyd spin all the way through. I know ive got bigger tires now, ut im not sure how much traction ive gained. on colder nights i can break em loose in first on motor (a chirp anyway). and i always do what i want, but im just looking for input. I think im going to try 100hp jets this weekend. I have jets to spray 50-175 hp. i want max speed/et in the quarter, but i want it to be streetable. i dont think 150 shot will do me much good on the street, i wouldnt be able to use it until i was going like 70 or soemthing. at least 3rd gear.
