I know some of you must have this stuff so I was wondering how much it took for you f-body and where all if besides the floorpan you put it...

Go with Brown Bread, much better deal on a product that's nearly as good. www.b-quiet.com lots of good stuff. You are gonna be looking at around 100 sq ft. to really get a good effect, 60 might do. There are many who have used more like 200 sq ft. to get everything and double in the bad spots. Planning on doing all this yourself? If not, I could be of some service. I've done it a few times before.

I use RamMat, but I've heard many good things about Brown Bread.

that's what I use on my car and it works great. Though, I think the b-quiet extreme will work just as well and doesn't cost as much. I used the extreme in my friend's truck and he said that it was a very notable difference in lower road and exhaust noise. Plus it's very easy to work with b/c it's easy to comform to different shapes and you don't have to prep the area either or use a heat gun

I used the extreme dynamat in my car. I used about 70 square feet so far. There are stuff out there that does just as good as job and don't cost as much. Of course I work at a car audio shop and get everything at dealer cost so price wasn't an issue for me.:D

nope always had b-quiet

try fatmat, you can get 100sqft a roller and a box cutter for $125 shipped. Its all over ebay or go to www.fatmat.com . Good Luck!

where would you recommend putting the matting?

I dynamatted the doors, rear sails, trunk and the area around the shifter. It has really helped out the sq of my car and was well worth it.
