TA Bird License Plate Cover

Some guys posted before about having your front plate bird cover on. I bought a new one from GM for $75.00 cause my new firehawk didn't come with one last year. But it only came primered. So I went to Boyd collision first to get shocked by there high estimates. Shocked indeed, :shock: They wanted $175.00, said something about an hour and a half labour. I laughed my way out of there and went to a local shop where I know the owner. He said, " buy me a bottle of vodka and a 24 box of Bud." So that cost me just over $50.00, can't mention there name on-line cause it's an under the table job. Took my old 95 TA there before when someone rear-ended me slightly and they touched up my rock chips on the front for free. Anyone needed great body or paint work done cheap just let me know. I was going to go out to Maple Ridge to get the f-body discount where Twitch works but no need this time. :D

My friend julie had one put on her car and they gave her one free, already colour matched! It's because they come with them from the factory they just pull them off. So they just had to wait a bit to get a silver bird in. They look killer though I must admit.

I just put mine on today, it looks way better. I'm ordering decals from firebatscave.com tonight. That Phoenix bird needs a decal or paint to make it stand out. Pics coming soon. :cool:
