Will not pull past 4000 RPM

Hello,

My car will not pull past 4000 RPM since i've got the T-Rex working. My guess is that its way to rich because the o2's read 940-1000mv's (I usually get it close before i take the wideband along). I'm pulling all the fuel i can out with the programming and it still rich (-100% change to AFR in PE)

I'm using autolight 103's gapped at 35 and crane HI-6 with 2 degrees per PSI.

Any chance your fuel pressure regulator is shot? I don't know if something like that could cause your problem or not. If that wasn't the case though, I don't see how you couldn't program out enough of the fuel..
