Does anyone here know of a place that manufactures cowl hoods for the LS1 Camaros?

Do you mean something like this: Cowl Hood for 98+ LS1 (http://www.americansportscar.com/images/catphoto/s-700.jpg)?

You can find them at: American Sports Car.com (http://www.americansportscar.com/products/camaro/generation4.htm)

Anyone have any other cowl hood pics besides the link above. I've looked around on the net but I haven't found any decent ones. I just picked up a silver 2002 Z28 and was thinking of putting on a cowl hood along with some black stripes. By the way, does anyone make a functional cowl hood for these cars?

They sell them on JEG's, the former owner of my car had one on, looked mean as hell.

There is a difference between manufacturers and retailers.
Some makers:
American Sports Car Design: (http://www.americansportscar.com) 2.75 cowl (http://www.citlink.net/~mn55927/clay4.jpg)

Glasstek: 4 cowl (http://www.bfranker.badz28.com/appearance/camaro/glasstek4inchb.JPG)
No website, but the hood is widely available at retailers.

U.S. Body Source: (http://www.carhoods.com) 3 cowl (http://www.carhoods.com/HoodPages/PF-420.htm) (they call it the Dominator)

Fiberglass Fabricators: (http://www.fiberglassfabricatorsinc.com) 2.5 cowl (http://image.inkfrog.com/pix/FiberglassFabricatorsInc/98_02_Camaro_Cowl_2.jpg)

VFN: (http://www.vfnfiberglass.com/932001camaro.htm)
2 cowl (http://www.vfnfiberglass.com/002cams.jpg)
5 cowl (http://www.vfnfiberglass.com/01mikemoranhood.JPG)
You could build an entire car, literally,
of all the different glass they have for us. They have up to a 5" cowl!

These are off the top of my head. I'm sure there are more.
Hope this helps.
