Alunmium or Iron heads w/ 150 shot?

I know you can burn pistons but can you burn the inside of the combustion chamber with Al heads or are they cooled to well?
I going to get some dart heads I want Al because of weight, Iron is fine if nitrous could hurt them plus they are cheaper.

the alum. heads will be fine they will actually cool better too.
