What emissions standards? What type of tests? What state? Visual included?

I passed NJ rolling emissions (ASM 5015 Enhanced) with a 230/242 114LSA .590/.590 solid roller, although technically the car was illegal because I had replaced the single factory cat with dual cats, not in the stock location.
