Need some hints/tips, gotta make one for this weekend. Any pics?

What do you guys make them out of?

Clear or tinted Lexan or similar. Etched lettering, or hand brushed paint or vinyl letters.

You could whip one up using your own printed details sandwiched between two sheets of clear plastic. Use your creativity and it could look real nice.
