scatches on window

The guy that owned this car before me had a problem with his winsheild wipers and there are scratches on the front window. Anyone know how to remove them? Or do I just need to get a new window?

Most of the time wiper scrathces are so deep you will need an aggresive glass cuttin compound, take it to a glass install place and see if they can buff it out, if you want to do it yourself the Eastwood Co sells a glass buffing kit.
