I beam rods or H beam rods? which to get?

building a motor, which is better and why? both forged, but the i beam is lighter. h beam is slightly stronger. what do i want/need? i plan on running nitrous. 200 shot using a progressive controller.

i know the lighter i beam rods dont handle as much power but im not looking at more then 600 rwhpand i wont be taking it higher then 6200rpm. thanks for your advice!
