How to clean sheepskin seatcovers

Anone know how to wash/clean sheepskin seat covers?? Can they be washed or what.

i took mine off and had them dry cleaned for about 20 bucks. they came back looking, and smelling brand new. you can use blue coral upholstery spray on them with a fine brush, but after awhile the start to smell

Yeah, was hoping to avoid the cost of dry cleaning. But I guess that is the only way.
