the car is pretty damn low too... i can fit about 1 1/2 fingers inbetween the front well and tire. well the car sits on 17" rims... kinda look like armens rimz with out the black circle in the middle.

fwiw, i got $2500 for my 79 Z28 .. and it was in mint shape .. brand new motor, 3.73 posi, M22, hurst shifter blah blah .. with good interior ! mods dont add to market value !

I'd take my best pic and put it in the Auto Trader too. Start by reducing your price a bit at a time and maybe people will notice the price reduction and give you a call. I have a tin full of mostly pennies and nickels for your fund. If you get everyone on this board to contribute they're change you might come up with a down payment. Can't help you with the job scene unless you're a health care worker like me. There's a six month crash course and we make a little over twenty bucks per hour which isn't very much but I get two months paid vacation per year. :D

You can buy a super clean 79-81 Z28 with a good 4spd and t-tops for 3000ish maybe 3500. You don't have a 4spd and your car is NOT a Z28 so the base cars don't demand the money.

Payam is right. The most it is worth is 2500 without the wheels or MAYBE 4000 with...but no one will give you the money that you have invested in the wheels unless they know exactly what they are and have lusted over them.You can't double the price of a car because of the wheels. Sell the wheels seperate and you might recover more money for them.

Hurry up and buy that damn Z28!!
