Z6 to remove light pollen/waterspotting

It rained today, and the rain washed most of the pollen off my car, but it still left a little bit of waterspotting. Is it OK to use Z6 to clean off the little bit of dust and waterspotting left on the car, or will it scratch? Do I HAVE to wash first?

If it is light dust, go ahead and use the Z-6. I use it all the time after it rains. If the car is dirty, wash it off. You have to make the call on dusty or dirty. Also get you a California Duster, they are great for getting off dust and pollen.

Yeah, we had a serious deluge (complete with hail http://web.camaross.com/bb/eek.gif ) that got most of the pollen off, and I had just washed it and Z2ed it on Monday, so I went for it. Unfortunately, it was so humid out that as soon as I wiped off the Z6, moisture would condense in the same spot. I guess I'll wait for drier weather. http://web.camaross.com/bb/wink.gif Thanks.

Mix Z-6 50/50 with distilled water, it will make it more humidity friendly. I keep a bottle of the 50/50 mix on hand all the time.
