I'm gonna be cleaning my 90 Mercury Sable since every one day of the year I hold a cleaning session where I thoroughly clean the interior, carpets, roof, trunk, wax, wash, everything! I just use the trust steam vac. My question is how do clean hard to get places such as my arm rests which are dirty but aren't easily gotten to with the steam vac. And boy they are dirty. Any solutions?

Actually kevin that's a good suggestion, but what I meant was places that are cloth such as my arm rests. They're small and odd shaped so a steam vac can't really get to them.
Is their any chemical cleaners that can be rubbed on and then just lightly damped off with a towel? Do you see what I'm talking about? And don't tell me OxyClean because it freakin sucks!

Lifter1 is the best I've found at cleaning carpets. They have a really good stain remover and a new carpet shampoo. Basically you spray it in and blot/rub it away. I have yet to find anything better for the money...

Tuff Stuff works well for me. I apply a good amount on an applicator pad, work it in the plastic, then rub off with a rag.
