Clay Bar

I recently have noticed that i have white litttle spots on my car.It kinda looks like paint overspray,but i do not know where i would have gotten it from.Anyway,with some wax cleaner,i can rub like crazy and it will come off.If i use a clay bar would it make it come off any easier? http://web.camaross.com/bb/frown.gif
