Im looking into getting a granatelli Torque Arm for a decent price. Is a torque arm a good suspension addition? I dont do a ton of drag racing but once I get a 12 bolt I am hoping for some impressive track times. I already have, LCA's, relocation brackets, sub frames, and a panhard bar.

What do you guys think? I know many have gone into the 10's with the stocker...

Any aftermarket suspension component is better than stock. An aftermarket gives a few improvements.

It won't bent or flex under extreme torque. Any excessive movement in the suspension is lost energy.

Many of the aftermarket torque arms allow you to adjust suspension angles. Being able to adjust the pinion angle may help more than just changing the torque arm.

Just keep your stocker for now Matt.....save that money and put it towards a 12 bolt, ET Streets, etc... You need that stuff before you need a torque arm IMO.

You could also simply reinforce the stock piece. Boxing in the arm will give it plenty of strength and do it very cheap.
