I don't know about the gmmg and the slp, but my single outlet Flowmaster and Moroso CAI gave me an average of 0.2 in the 1/4 with no other mods. A good CAI is one of the best 'bang-for-the-buck' mods you can do!

CAI and headers provided a 1/2 second improvement in ET and 2 mph, plus better gas mileage by 1 mpg. When I added the cat back the following week there was no gain.

The other key is to have some drag radials so you can actually hook up and not spin the tires.

i ran a 14.4 with just a flowmaster, then when I got my CAI i ran a 14.0... And I just ordered my MAC headers today.... 13s here i come hehe

I went from running 14.3 @ 99 to running 13.9 @ 102 with a CAI and Borla. :cool:

I saw a 0.09 second improvement in my times with all the mods in sig. you can see before and after. although track conditions weather, and my slipping clutch played a role in totally messing up my times. I just wanted to :barf: after that run.

i strongly suggest getting a cut-out, i went from a 14.1 to 13.8 at the track recently.

I will get a cut out as well as a catback the cat back is mainly for sound.

With Lingenfelter cai and a cut out i ran 13.3 @ 103mph.

My car ran 14.09@98.5 stock. So far I've ran a crappy 13.80@102.76. My best trap is 103.7. Thats with only an SLP CAI and Borla along with a 2.16 60'.

Generally id say 2-3 tenths...

sure you didnt have nitrous on that run.......friend ran a 13.6 with headers, exhaust, cai, and 75 or 100 shot of nitrous.

There has to be something wrong wtih your friends car to run a 13.6 with bolt ons and N20.

Some of those 93's are freaks. A friend of mine has a 94 TA and it ran 13.5 @ 105 bone stock.

Those were my only two mods and my race weight was 3,590 pounds. My car has 3.23's and i was on regular street tires and cut a 2.00 60'. The car ran 13.6 @ 100mph when it was BONE stock.

MarkyMark - If your friend has full exhaust, cai, and nitrous and is only running a 13.6, either he has no traction or he has some serious issues with his car.

it was at GIR, i remember everyone that was there with us was like "WTF...how the hell did he pull that off?"

the best i could muster with a really crappy 60ft of 2.37 (bogged outta the hole) was a 14.14@103
and that was with SLP CAI and SLP loudmouth
