I'm planning on buying a nice paging alarm, and will need to know where i can tap into wires for the power door locks, accessory power, 12v +, ground, dome light, starter wires, horn, parking lights, headlights...

i'm also putting my stereo equipment in, but i have no clue what kind of stereo is in here now... it's a 95 Z, but how do i tell if it's monsoon, bose? does my stereo have factory amps like my nissan so i have to buy all new speakers, or can the stockers handle decent power from my 45x4 pioneer deck? what size are they front and rear?

... <breathes>
okay, i'm done now.

you can pick up a haynes repair manual for your car at pep boys or your local parts store. the manual should have a diagram for any wire that you would need to get to for an alarm. if you live near a best buy maybe you can throw the guy a few bucks and he can print out a sheet that they use for alarms. it has the color of the wire and the location for any wire you will need for your car. that makes it real easy!

This (http://www.ls1.com/forums/showthread.php?threadid=48092) thread should help. Also, visit www.the12volt.com and click on "vehicle wiring database" then just input your vehicle type and year. It has an alarm wiring diagram for ya!:)

thanks, guys, i'm not lost anymore, i should be able to find any wire. :)

but- does my basically standard Z28 have a monsoon with 2ohm speakers, or 4ohm ones? i have a subwoofer in the rear hatch area, but i'm not sure how to tell what came in it from the factory.
