LT1 Program Help

I have Tuner Cat and freescan.I 'm not sure how to get freescan to work as the help section is not downloading.
My engine is stock but the car has the following:
3:73
3000 conv
Empty CAT
Ram Air
Flowmaster
MSD
A4
94 Model
The car is running extremly rich and is only getting 5 mpg.It is not missing and has new tuneup.It also is not as fast as it should be.
Can anyone give me what to change for performance and better mpg w/Tuner Cat to help and get me started?
Also the TCC files are all set to 255 so I assume I have no lockup.Where should this be set w/this conv.It is a lockup.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi John,
You have a mechanical problem if you are only getting 5 mpg. You must have had some tuning change to accomodate the 3.73. I would take the MSD out of the circuit first. I can't help with freescan but Datamaster will let you log 20 runs free. You really need to log your running performance.
