Brand new truck and Zaino..

I just bought a brand new 02 Silverado HD 2500 pickup, and I'm itchin to Zaino TF out of it http://web.camaross.com/bb/biggrin.gif

My question is, is it OK to Zaino brand spankin new paint? or should I wait a bit? I remember when my mom bought her new Mazda they told her to wait a period of time, I forget how long, before polishing or waxing it because it has some type of "special coating" on it (which I personally think is a bunch of BS; they just want your car to age faster and look bad so you want to go buy a new one sooner) I'm pretty sure its ok to Zaino right now but I just wanna be sure http://web.camaross.com/bb/smile.gif thanks http://web.camaross.com/bb/smile.gif

Again, congrats on your new purchase! Hopefully I'll get to trade my Camaro in a few months for something nice. Anyway, sure, it's completely safe to Zaino your new ride. Your paint has had plenty of time to cure since it left the factory. After all none of Zaino's products are abrasive, except the glass polish, so you're in no danger of harming your finish. It's even safe to clay to remove rail dust etc.

On both my 99 SS and my 2002 SS I Dawned AND clayed bith cars right off the truck. It made a big difference. There are residues and contamination even on new vehicles.
