I was wondering if you could hookup your pc via a serial connection or something to a camaros pcm and if there is such equipment and software? Thanks:confused:

You can do it! Providing the PC is powerful enough to meet the basic requirements of the software you wish to use.

Carputing.com (http://www.carputing.com)

You'll also need a cable from AKMCables.com (http://www.akmcables.com).

$2500? Do you have an OBDII car? (96-97)
Also, what are you trying to do? Just scan it, or do you want to program it too?

There is no other programming software than ls1_edit available as of this moment for your car. The single license version is $550 I beleive.
