Can some1 tune my OBD2

i'm looking for someone who will program my 97 OBD2 for me. i have my mods in my sig. who has the cheapest prices?

what should it cost to have it done? I dont want to pay anywhere near 100.

i thought some1 did it for 15 per each delete

I seriously doubt someone programs OBDIIs for under $100...
