Anyone have the mailing address for Harlan engineering?

I need the mailing address so I can mail the payment out. Long story, but I clicked out of the window that had his shipping/payment info on it after I ordered my shift light. He is not answering any emails. Can anyone help me?!!?

Yeah....Im order number APR30153FER....I placed my order(paypaled him $105) with him on april 30 and have not even gotten a response from him. I understand hes busy and builds them himself....but I would at least like to know he received my order. I mean....a month with no contact is just too long for any place/company. Please let me know if you get a hold of him. He doesnt respond to my emails as well.

That sucks man, I hope I dont have to wait that long! I just placed my order today (I made a new order). I agree, its nice to know if he got the payment and if the parts have been shipped!

Don't worry he always comes thru, sometimes slow but you'll get what you paid for.

Being the quality oriented person he is, I don't understand why he would commit to a volume of orders which compromises this?

i ordered mine and had it in like a week!! i cant find the box it came in for the address for ya (sorry!!) but even if you wait a month for it or more, the product is top shelf stuff!!

been waiting a month. just ready to get it and install it.:D

good luck it took me over a month to get mine i sent email and finely had to get legal with him on his web sight states i think 14 days for shippment not even close all i wanted is a responce saying it would be late is that to much to ask???????

His customer service isn't the best due mostly to his heavy workload, but I can tell you that he's an honest guy and won't rip you off. He'll definitely make you wait and wonder, but he won't rip you off! :D

His customer service sucks. I know he is busy with his real job but I am sick and tired of being promised that I will be contacted and my shift light will be fixed. :mad: :rolleyes:
