Do you think i would be crazy to autocross my car? or do think its a chance to show off some driving skills?

Third gens are still competitive in FS and probably more so in ESP. I think it's a fine autocross car.

Plenty of potential - its more how well you drive that will make it competitive. Mike

I had a 91 Z with a 305 5-speed and loved it! I took it to auto-x and found out it was a little work but still lots of fun. The biggest problems are the cones that dissappear on the passenger side front, and a tight slalom. I don't think you'll find anyone thinking you are crazy for autocrossing that car. If you do . . . they probably own an import.
