Bottle heater or purge...

What is more beneficial, a bottle heater or a purge?

Depends on your climate. If you live somewhere that it's 75*+ most of the year then purge. But a purge doesn't do you one bit of good if your bottle pressure isn't far enough up to spray a decent run.

JMHO...

IMO a bottle heater,some cars benefit from not having a purge becuase it wont shock the tires as hard.
Even if you live somplace where the temp is constant,75° still isnt gonna get optimal pressure.

I second the bottle heater.

Besides, you can purge the line prior to going to make a pass by opening the bottle and cracking the fitting open and bleeding some air out (lose a little nitrous..but very little) where the feed line goes into your fogger or plate. Not the best method, but works fine if you are going to make pass real quick.

a heater from NX will regulate the bottle pressure around 1100 psi or so


and the purge will allow you to bring liquid nitrous right up to the solenoid when you are at the tree for that shot right in your ass to make you go

I'd rather have the heater. You can always motor-purge while doing a burnout. :D
