Converter locking at 105mph, why?

I was tuning a friends car on the street and after looking at the datalogs, his car is locking the converter right around 105 mph.
Today I was tuning another car on the dyno, and his car is also locking the converter at 105mph.
No where in either file should the converter lock at 100% TPS...yet both cars are doing it.
If anyone knows why, or if anyone with an OBDI A4 will send me one of their datalogs so that I could see if the computer is calling for the TCC to engage I would really appreciate it. Or if someone will find a nice empty road ;) and run their car up to 110 or so...I'd love to see if your cars are doing it too.

Edit: Actually, after looking at the datalogs again both cars are locking at 101mph. Also TCC control and enable are both on...so it is the converter locking.

I've found out why the converter IS locking.
For all of you that think you're converter is staying unlocked because the TCC engage tables have some ridiculously high mph, it's not.
There is a forced lockup at 100mph no matter what you do to the engage/release tables.
Tunercat now has a new definition file that will include this Forced TCC table.
I suggest that everyone using Tunercat with an A4 get the new definition file and set this value really high as well and see whether or not you like it. Then you can just go back in and lock it up in the engage/release tables.
